whoa, LOL, I'm eating crow here. that's okay though. The fact that some Canadian paid new price for a damaged, used, year old KLX and soon to be two model years old just reinforces whatalot ofAmericans think of Canada and their residents. Too bad the dealers are still ripping the Canadians off up there and the people are too naive to realize this. This is why he got $4000 evidently. I feel sorry for the people up there with how the dealers are pricing bikes. Someone needs to take a stand, it's highway robbery. I'm glad I won't be paying any more than $4400 for my new '09 with 0 miles.

 

We want a copy of the invoice IG because I highly doubt that you or anyone else will have any negotiation power with a new bike. We shall see, I'm guessing that either you will bring it home for at least $5,000 or you will be spending a lot of travel time going from dealer to dealer. Good luck though.

No reason to think the dealer I bought my '06 KLX from won't beat or match this price. The bike isn't new anymore like they were when you bought in fall '05. Also, I won't leave drool on the bike like you did.

 

Let's see,....... when I read that add it said $4,499.00 which would probably be rounded up to 4500 rather than 4400. No mention of the freight, dealer set up, or any other extra's that they can thow at you. But honestly, I'll bet you can get it for $3800, being the shrewd buyer that you are.
