Default Kendra Southwick 2 sand tires

Put on the Kendra sand tires this morning, did my first oil and filter change.. and took off. The tires are extra soft.. like riding on eraser heads.. head wobble was horrible on the road.. mushy feel to the whole bike.. when I finally got to the sand.. the tires did their job very well .. ripping up dirt and sand propelling the bike forward.. very very nice, but traveling on the road to my spots.. well.. its not worth it.. when I got home to check the wear on the knobbies I was really suprised. These tires wont last a few weeks on the road.. super soft rubber.. I wonder if hard terrain deep knobbies would be the way to go next time.. few pics below of the bike with Southwick 2 front and rear.

I have Kenda Trackmaster II I use in the sand, seem to be holding up pretty well so far.
