Man two sets of rims? That seems like a lot of work considering I might go pavement/dirt ant any moment. You might as well get two bikes. One for dirt and one for street. No thanks.

Brilliant as in two bikes are a great idea. I sometimes catch myself day dreaming about, hmmm, if I got a second bike, what would it be? Hmmmm .....

Some days I want something like a BMW F650GS Dakar. Other days a KTM LC4 Enduro looks awefully sweet. I really like that Husqvarna TE610. I've always had a soft spot for Hondas so there are times when the XR650R looks just the ticket.

Then reality sets in. I think what I really need is to win the lottery

All I want is a spare rear, most of the time I'm commuting so a road tyre on one and a real nobby on the other, the front 603 generally copes ok just lower the tyre pressure for off road. JMO for the sort of riding I do.

Actually I think I found my next tyre I'm gunna get one and try it out, this link is aussie but you guys may find an alternative in the states.

Okay My 2 cents worth is that after reading all the stuff about the kenda 270 and the d606 is that the kenda is more of a road tire and less of a dirt one. The d606 is more aggresive off road and has a good feel on road. So its just up to the buyer on what they want. I think that my needs are for the d606, that is the one that I will order. I have ordered the 120/90-18 but I read that the 130/90/18 will fit what do you think the difference would be??? I can cancel the 120 and get the 130 if its a BIG change .... What are your thoughts on this????

Maybe it will make a diff. but I gotta tell you gravy, I'm completley impressed by my 606 rear tire, if the 130 is any better then get it, but the 120 works perfectly fine for me, and you have seen some of the crap that I ride in

I Have the Dunlop 120/90/18 getting ready to install soon, but the Kenda I bought to install after the 606 is a 510-18 which I believe translates to a 130/18 which is wider than the 120 and still fits with no rubbing, of course this is going by someone here that already bought the 130 Kenda. I got my moose tire changer all mounted to a piece of plywood so I have no excuses, I guess I need to get this tire changed out, I will post pics of the before and after and all the blood sweat and tears in between.
