Well gang, it has been one full year that I've had the KLX. Folks hear at the forum have made a great data base for the KLX250S. Tried lots of mods, spent a few bucks, and took a spill or two. Overall a very happy buyer.

I just read your drowning report, Tony - glad you were able to recover it and all seems to be in good working order. Based on what your bike has survived, and despite of a few mechanical problems most notably the KACR, it sure looks like this Kawi engine is turning out to be pretty darn durable. The only Honda XR's are sorta famous for this type of bullet proofness. Let's hope the KLX starts to get that same reputation!
