jetting questions
What a contraption ! Is the bike having to exhaust through that copper tube?
13.2 is too lean at WOT but is what we get with 132/4n at WOT near sea level with the lid off. Nice to have my dyno AFR chart verified.
You want down close to 12 at WOT for max power. If I remember right, 12.8 is "lean best power" ... I've posted the AFR charts - you can find it in here..
Wait for me to dyno test the DJ136 main jet or just go ahead and get one from DJ ($2.00). I am running 136/3n and I am sure the power increased again..

You'd best turn yourself into a knowledgeable person regarding AFR's for maximum power. Now that you have access to AFR data, you need to be able to analyze it.
But to answer your question. Hopefully soon, you'll know that 12.8:1 @ WOT is accepted as the very leanest AFR for power production in 4 stroke engines.

No, I understood it was at WOT; I wouldn't have thought of 12.8 as being anywhere near lean.. it's heading toward rich IMO.
Unless some mix of ethanol was in tank.
I'm new to this, but it's Air : Fuel ratio, so the smaller the first number the less air is being detected = richer.
If 12.8-13.2 is optimum than anything less than 12.8 is drifting toward rich; above 13.2 still safe but drifting toward lean. Good for economy but not max power perhaps

I don't exactly know what to say Richard except that some days are better than others for us old guys.. Let me direct you to one of your posts for an AFR refresher - https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...m36-fly-42465/ - Your target of 12.2:1 is generally accepted as a good AFR for trq/hp @ WOT ...
All our gas contains up to 10% ethanol BTY..

made some videos today
will see if it shows enough to put on you tube
I did also mod the air box cover around a 3x3 hole
top speed was showing 12.1-12.4
much lower then the 13.3
but I need to watch the video see what it reads slower speeds compared to no air box cover
