I have an 06 KLX 250 s. I am making the following mods to my bike and I am needing some serious jetting input!!!


Running no lid on my airbox, gutted the screen out of my airbox, running a uni-filter, crank breather mod, and an HMF Slip with the stock header.

I live in Ohio!!!

ANY HELP/ SUGGESTIONS would be great!!!

 

go get a klx 300 jet kit.

 

Dynojet kit for the KLX300R is the "one box" solution.
I went cheaper and have success with the OE keihin parts.
Kawasaki OE N1RX needle raised 1.5 mm with washer/shim. Keihin #138 main jet. Keihin #38 pilot jet. Fuel screw at 1.75 turns out from lightly seated.
Other mods match yours, ie, screen gutted , no lid,Twin Air filter, Two Brothers M7 pipe ,stock header.
