I recommend sing 3 tire irons.... its SOOOOO much easier. I also picked up a bead spreading tool. my hands appreciated that for putting the stem in....
There was a video that is no longer at the URL I have, bt there are tons of them. However, this guy said, if your struggling with it, and its too hard.... your doing it wrong. take a step back and think about it..... remember to put the bead of the tire in the deep spoke slot of the rim when trying to horse the other bead on.

+1 on the pipe. Just put the HMF on.... I can wheelie with bike power now ......
