And there also happens to be a button for that too. I copy and paste my photobucket url and then highlight it, click the image button and it wraps the url with the appropriate tags.
I get a lot of "nice dirt bike!" & "Is that thing street legal?" I get kids telling me to "pop a wheelie!" all the time. It hasn't been mistaken for a scooter though....
Actually I have three pretty different kind of bikes and the general public reacts pretty differently to each one.
When I am on the CBR600RR on the highway in the fast lane, even when I'm going normal speeds, when people see me coming up behind them in their rear view mirror, they immediately move over right to the next lane to let me go by. I don't think they are being nice, I think they see a sportbike and automatically assume it's some crazy punk going 100+ mph.
When I'm on my BMW R1150R, it's the complete opposite. People will not move over. I think they see the chrome headlight and think it's some old geezer on a Harley and don't want to get stuck behind it. [&:]
People are funny. One time, I was coming back from the trail and the KLX was covered in mud. I was stopped at a red light. A woman in a sparkling clean Lincoln Navigator pulled up next to me, looked at my muddy bike in total disbelief and pulled forward and far away from me as possible. I think she actually believed that the mud from my bike would somehow fling off and glop onto her shiny SUV....
When the light turned green, she couldnt get out of there fast enough.

I have gotten the wheelie signs from neighbor hood kids and now that I have all the mods done I usually oblige them. And I have gotten the "nice bike" from some touring bike riders. LOL bout the yuppie, when me and my buddie got home from the trails that the pics above are from he wanted me to ride it around town for a few days, but the "deej syndrom got the best of me and I had to wash it.
next pic i take will be a clen pic of the scratched and slightly dented pic of the muzzy canister then you really will have a pain in your chest I know I did
