Update: Removed plug last night (boy, was that fun!) cleaned it, and reinstalled. Electrodes were a very nice light brown (1200 miles on bike). Started the bike, but didn't let it run last night.

This morning, while sitting at a light, looked at RPM and it was rock-solid! Wonder if that actually fixed the fluctuations... I'll keep an eye on it for a while.
