Default Idle problem

All of sudden today my idle went to ****. Tried reseting the throttle on the PCIII, tried to adjustment ****....tried adjusting the throttle cables....to no effect. Its been acting stupid...the FI light comes on occasionally, it surges up to 3500rpmish....is idleing now about 2200rpm. I checked the cables to the exhaust valve...seems fine. I will be taking the tank off tommorrow to check the connections....im thinking maybe the throttle position sensor isnt completely plugged into the PCIII....any other ideas?

Think Its the PCIII....probably gonna pull it out today or tommorrow to be sure. Seems like I asked the hardest question around here lately.
