trying to deiced between kriega overlander or wolfman endurobags. Anyone using either of these? Please weigh in if you have either and post pics. Thanks guys.

 

I would be interested in hearing how these workout. With them installed behind your leg below the seat, they look like they would kinda interfere with leg movements during a dab, or pushoff, in a rock garden.

 

I have Wolfman tank panniers and a tank bag, well made but neither is waterproof. Just so ya know and if it matters.

 

Are those Wolfman tank panniers specifically for the KLX250? I don't see them on the web site. Do you know the model number?

I too use a Wolfman tank bag. It's great. Not waterproof as mentioned above, but a riding friend has a waterproof cover for hers.

 

Those look great. Exactly what I'm looking for. I think I will get those and the tank bag someone else had mentioned. Mostly rain gear and things that I can put in plastic bags and ziplocks are going in them so non-waterproof doesn't bother me. The price is excellent compared to some I have seen. Thanks for the tip.

 

Not sure about the larger E12 saddlebags from wolfman but all the reviews i've read about their smaller 'day tripper' saddlebags Wolfman Motorcycle Luggage say they aren't noticeable when standing on the bike.

 

Cannot say enough good stuff about Great Loops mohave's... They are a bit small, but tuck in well.. I have a zombie woof-man (aka wolfman) tank bag. It is nice. A moose fender bag, has taken tons of abuse. and a friend gave me a back bag that has tons of options for securing and latching things on it....

FWIW, I originally wanted a TCI Denali (for my Cortech saddlebag/tailbag combo) but it was more $$$ than I had. I ended up buying a used TCI Borrego with a Pelican box attached for $100! Awesome waterproof, lockable trunk! And when I take off the box, my tail bag zips right on, perfect fit! It's a nice rack, super strong, but hard to remove the seat with it on.
Also, I removed the tool bag as soon as I got the bike because I was sure I'd kick it off(you have to anyway with the TCI racks). Carried the tools in my Camelbak, then unpraded the tool kit and put it all in my Wolfman tank bag. It's a heavy little bag, especially when I carry 2 tubes when off-roading, but it never moves and has any and all tools which I might need for a trailside fix(including a mtn bike pump, a whole set of 1/4 sockets and driver w/extensions and 3 MotionPro tire levers and a headlamp).
If it got stolen, I'd buy another w/o hesitating.
Makes gassing up an exercise in patience - key in cap, open, take key out, flip lid open, gas up, put key back in to close. I can't wait for a screw top gas cap.
As to the tank panniers, they are pretty awesome too! Wish they were bigger, but they do carry a bag of ice and a six pack of tall boys, so really what more do you need? These bags are rock solid too, they never move. They can carry enough stuff for a good days adventure. I always take them off when hitting the trails, but I bet they could take some abuse.
Final note on the Wolfman bags, they've been on my bike for 7000 miles rain and shine and are looking new still.
