HI guys I didnt get My tracker Yet .But im Gonna buy 1 next week so need to verify some stuff
Actually The tracker which i checked Has no KAWASAKI mentioned on the engine
There is only a K on the exhaust
AND on the rear Mudguard The year Diagram is there it mentions 2007
But how can i Verify It

What Frame Numbers does the 2006,07,08 Models go with

The tracker i checked Starts with LX 250%%-A12%% and it continues
Queston

1.How can i verify The year of the bike with the frame numbers
2.Does the new kawasaki Trackers Come witthout the kawasaki inprinted on the Sides of the engine .How to confirm

Shan, you cant actually verify the year of the bike with the Chasis Number.. And that exhaust looks like the original factory one.. Get some pictures which are more clear..

 

The Suzuki 250SB over in this area of the world is the same bike, with no kawasaki badge on the engine. It may be one of those. Not sure how to tell, as they are the same bike in every way, except the engine covers.

 

Hey Guyz.Well I actually checked up the bike closely and the current owner said its not a suzuki .But even i've notice that the suzuki models come without the Badge on the engines.But in this bike Behind the bore it mentions "KHI" & On the exhausts there is a big K and a KHI -0!!!!! Sumthin like tht.And is there a chinese or italian version which is a look-a-like of the D-tracker (SB)

"Savage KILLA" i do Understand You But buddy You knw HW SL is people change the underguard and make the 05' Bike an 06' .Anyways How does your frame number start Cos tremor told tht the 06'Starts from LX250..A12 And the older models Go with A33,A32,E.t.c. SInce yours is an 07'?.This bike was purchased From Kurunegala (Bahrath motors)and it has all custom papers which says its a D-Tracker.

 

My frame number starts with LX250E.. I know for a fact that my bike is a '07 because I imported it myself..

 

And the KHI behind the bore (Cylinder) stands for Kawasaki Heavy Industries if I'm not mistaken..

 

If it has the downturned enduro style rear fender and tail light, it's either a 2003 or older D-tracker or a converted KLX250. If the rear fender is a fairly straight with tail light mounted inderneath, it is 2004 or newer D-tracker.
