I just got an email from HEL. Unfortunately, I wonīt buy this line for now. I was hoping to order it and have it shipped to my nephew before he got here in Brazil to visit, but it didnīt work that way. So, Iīm gonna have to wait a few months until someone else comes to visit and bring my stuff. I hate paying customs the money they charge for import taxes. Unless itīs something I REALLY need...badly.

If anyoneīs interested, those are the measures he needs to build you a line.

I would need to know the exact year of your KLX to perform proper referencing.

If I do not find a line that is identical, I can build you a line using the following information.


Banjo bend @ master cylinder lever -
Distance from center of master cylinder banjo to top of rigid tubing - Length of rigid tubing - Distance from bottom of rigid tubing to center of caliper banjo - Banjo bend @ caliper -

I was looking through some of my hand written notes from dealer shows/expos and I've actually taken the specifications for the S and SF models myself.
Just haven't gotten them to the web sites yet.

Please take your time and let me know when you're ready. I'll be happy to build the lines for you when the time comes.

How many guys do you think are interested.. Are you on a forum?
