Rub it in man... I can't believe on top of all the other things to do after a ride, I have to repack the darn thing every 20 hours.

I think they pretty much mean 20hrs of RACE use, but hey, you're practiced now and repack it in no time next time around.

I did the BG on my KLR650 twice. It is a major pain to get the last two inches of PACKING and CORE into the PIPE ;-) Just keep working it and use a strong stick to work the material in.

I would have to say less hollow, ummm like screaming in a padded room versus screaming in an empy hall. Same db but throatier or cleaner like bap, bap, bap. bap, not blap, blap, blap

That is the only way I can describe it..
