I'm 5'7" and have Pro Taper Contour in the Carmichael bend, which are oversize diameter and required 1" bar risers to fit. I really like the added height. Makes it much easier to reach the bars while standing up offroad, and the seating position on the road is upright and relaxed.

They initially felt just a hair wider than the stock bars, but after about 10 minutes I didn't even notice the difference any more.

 

I'm 5'4" and run Renthal CR Hi bend bars. They're about the same height/sweep as stock.
