When I had the stock tank I kept a eye on how far I was going. And some times when I hit the starter the clock and odo would zero. Did the ground wire thing and it has been fine. Never noticed the 6000 rpm miss.

Well its been about 2 months and 500 miles since i did the mod and not one single missfire!
