I just purchased a 09KLX with the Kustom Kraft 330 kit installed. Aparently I will be getting the 250 cyl and I assume the piston. I had allready decided I would be increasing the displacement when I started shopping but I intended to get the Bill Blue 351.
So Now I will ship the bike to me with the 330 and see if I think I "Need" the 351.

What I know I dont need is the 250cyl and I would assume its in pretty good shape since its an 09. What I would like is to make a trade for either something you've got or you can have something I need sent to my forwarder to ship with the bike.

Bike has a FCR Pumper carb, Renthal bars, "red chain"(Whatever that is) and a full muzzy exh. Also has perelli 70/30 tires(I will probably be using it 80street/20dirt or even 90/10

I am interested in
Supermotoing the wheals(one tire at a time) Cyl wont go far toward this!
Skid plate and engine guards like on BB's site. (hopeing he will make a trade)
I may want to trade Muzzy for stock 300 set up depending on how loud the muzzy is.
Probably want a 15tooth sprocket and a spare chain
I want to get as many anticipated spares as possible as the local dealer is $$$$$ $6800 for a KLX250s before fees!
Also looking for a helmet. As well ventilated as possible(winter is about 76degrees here!)

send the cyl to Bill Blue and he will give you $125 for it as a core.
Then you can buy what ever you want, and Bill gets another core.

Yea thats what I thought but when i asked he offered $75 in credit on the skid plate I was thinking of. So I figure Ill get the cyl shipped to me with the bike and if I decide I "need" the 351 it will be worth more then. Or if someone is looking to do the 351 but does not want their bike out I can send in the core for them and they can send me something in trade worth around $125

 

The $125.00 is for the core charge that I charge for each cylinder. Not what I pay for the cylinders to build the kits with.

 

Understood Bill. You dont need the cyl for $125 and I dont need $75 for the cyl. Its not worth more to you and Its worth the hassle for $50 after shipping to me. Ill keep it in case I decide I do want the $351 kit then I can send it to you ahead of time, Get the kit put it on the bike and sell the used kustom kraft 330 kit which will udoubtably be worth more to someone.

I'm going off on Columbus day weekend to the Seven Mountain Camp out in central PA..
Really would like to have the 351 on there for it!!!
