The cast iron wet sleeve is the same thickness as the aluminum that you see. It's all about what flavor you prefer.

Oh, so the case supports the thin section... I was thinking that for aluminum its awfully thin.

(ordered myself a 340 kit from BB!!) Might be tearing my engine down this weekend to ship him the cyl..

Today's the day! Just dropped off my bike this morning. I can't take off work to be there, but the guy said he would take plenty of pictures for me.
I should be able to pick it back up tomorrow afternoon, wed. a.m. at the latest.

Just got off the phone with my shop guy. It's not gonna be ready today. I'll have to wait until tomorrow at lunch. Oh well.....my fork springs should be here the same day, Wednesday is gonna be fun!

haha thats funny cause I used to live in Asheville lol,, all kinds of good chit there but not any more bro,, Im in WV lol bummer i know right oh well lol
