The springs are a piece of cake in other words. The foot peg thing is overblown because mine touched when closed but
does not rattle or do anything else to it. I can understand it being made for a 300. Which is good when we all get our 300+ kits in it.
Seems like the brown color on the header pipe matches what happened to the stock one. Overblown and I think looks pretty good
with the gold forks. Nice added bling if you ask me. Overall it's a good unit. I happen to like they are built in my state for fast shipping
of parts. It's did take them two days to get it to me, but I did order it on a Sunday. while I was waiting they answered my questions that
I e-mailed them. I don't know how much better they could of been overall??

I wonder how easy they'd be to install if say, there was nothing to hook them to like some people ran into with their Muzzy pipes? For you it would be a piece of cake to just send it back since you say they're built right there at your house. But I sure would be pissed if I received my pipe and there was no way to mount the springs to keep the pipe connected to the can cuz some dimwit was worried too much about a cigarette break rather than the quality of muzzy pipe he was building.
I just got my new dirt rider mag- there is a huge ad for pro-circuit and their Ti exhaust system. They mount their canister to the midpipe exactly like BG does. Say what you want to about BG's CS or getting wrong parts- but nowhere on this site has anyone complained about the fitment of the BG or any other type of problem on the EvoX. This is an excellent system, and not just some thrown together attempt to hope the 300 version works for the 250 like the Muzzy has proven to be. This is for the 250 and is one bad *** pipe for the wimpy little KLX.
Actually the Muzzy doesn't even need the springs, with the way its bolted onto the bike, my mechanic said they are there more for the old school two stroke look than anything else. He said that there is no way that the pipe can move even if all of the springs fell off.
