Can someone tell me where the fuse is located for the fan on a 2006klx 250.

I dunno, but there's a bunch of fuses under the seat to the rear. Start by checking there. Good luck.

it shows in the schematic the fuse is between the relay(under seat) and the fan switch (assuming thermo switch)...look for a single wire coming from the relay (blue/white) going to a connector, then to a 10-amp fuse...brown wire on other side of fuse....good luck
