fuel screw

Default fuel screw

for those of you that have jetted the carb can you give me a pic of the fuel screw. is it accessible from the outside of the carb or in other words can i get to it w/o takin out the carb.

Here are some pics from when I did the jetting. The Kouba fuel screw works great. Very easy to adjust with the carb on.

Tyler, just to clarify- you are going to have to take your carb off for the first adjustment. There is a little plug covering the fuel screw that you have to remove. I guess it could theoretically be done with the carb still on the bike, but it would be a bear I would say. I recommend that you tear into the carb, do the jetting, and while you are in there the first time, swap out your fuel screw with the T-handle screw from Kouba like Dave did. I have the same aftermarket screw and it is nice. After you do that swap, then you can easily adjust the screw with the carb still onthe bike.
