Default Fuel Mixture Screw Replacement

Is anyone using a fuel mixure screw with a **** on it so that it can be easily adjusted? If not, any tricks for getting to the stock screw with the carb installed?

Something like this:

I don't know why the carb manufacturers didn't make em this way to begin with...
Seems like common sense to me - put the damn screw in a place where a human hand can actually adjust it - what a novel idea!!
