Mine hits reserve at 154, runs dry at 164. 13T sprocket, FMF exhaust, Dynojet kit installed. That's about 54MPG. That's a mixture of street/dirt riding.

And there is no "secret reserve" in these tanks.

How do you get that good of gas mileage? I rarely get better than 45mpg. Usually closer to 40, but has been as low as 20.

Even with a 300 cylinder, full Muzzy exhaust, all airbox mods, and a 36mm pumper carb, hard off road can drop my mileage into the low 40's and as high as low 60's on pavement and easy dirt roads...with 13/47 gearing. I had a couple of open class enduro race bikes that wouldn't drop out of the 20's during full blown competition events. Are you sure there's not a hole in your tank?...LOL!
