Front sprocket noise
A common occurrence when replacing sprocket results form the fact that they are often not cross-sectionally symmetrical. Installing an asymmetrical sprocket incorrectly can result in a misalignment which will most definitely cause noise (or worse).
It may or may not be the problem in this case, but it's worth double-checking so at least you can rule it out.
