Fork springs, should I try?

Talking of DIY suspension work....
Swapping out the rear spring is also really easy, maybe even easier than doing the fork springs. It might be bit more work (have to remove the rear wheel, etc.) but it's more simple work.
Probably the cheapest source for stiffer rear spring is from Ebay.
Do a search there for "DSP SHOCK SPRING KX125", it's direct fit and comes in all the most often needed rates, 5.8 6.0 6.2 and 6.4kg/mm for the really big boys.

I went Moto-Pro because of they give you really cool stickers for your fork guards......
J/k. I went Moto-Pro because I have not personally spoken to anyone who has more knowledge about how to tune the suspension of the klx250s to do everything from road warrior to dirt bike than John at Moto-Pro. I told him how much I weighed, and what kind of riding and terrain we have, he told me what springs I needed. I they shipped out the same day.
He is real eager to help, and will answer all you questions, and then only sell you what you need, not what he think he can make money off of. If you need a revalve, he will tell you, if not he will tell you that too.
