any comment on wheather the fmf bomb header will work with the 300 cc upgrade. The header is listed for a 250. Also any decibel levels on this set up.

+1 on the HMF slip-on

The powerbomb (for the 250s) will work with the 300 upgrade, there are a few folks who still run the stock header with their 300 upgrade and are very pleased with the results. The p-bomb would just be an improvement. Another option is a fourstrokeworks 300 header and any slip-on (or even factory klx300 silencer) made for the klx 300. I sadi if I had to do it all over again I would have taken my extended waranty money and put it into the 300 upgrade and the fsw header/stock 300 muffler.

ORIGINAL: Earthscape
Looks like the Staintune will fit, but holy crap is that expensive - they should call them Goldtune.
Expensive .... yep, but it will outlast the bike

So what I'm understanding is the two brothers slip-onwould be a direct bolt up to the fmf header?
