Just got out of the garage from checking my valves for the first time. and i can't belive it, but they are all within spec!! whoohhooo! this means i can spend that $75 on the shim kit on something else....hmmmm....what now!? oh yeah, i gotta replace those TAG bars i bent in the enduro. damn!! Both on the intake side measured .13mm and exhaust .18mm. on the low side, but not enough for me to tear into it. keith

 

what did you use to check it?

 

you just use regular feeler gauges. make sure you get a set that goes down at least to .10mm
