I heard a rattling noise on my bike yesterday and I got scared that my new klx250sf that only has 1050 miles on it had something wrong with it.....

Then I found out I forgot to put the seat on all the way and the clip of the seat and the connector were just vibrating each other to make that noise.

 

happened to me too, thought my front brake caliper was coming off

 

No Zagar...the first bike scare is when you nearly go off a cliff, run head-on into another rider, or wheelie over backwards on a huge hill.

 

First Scares:
Locked breaks sliding towards the front bumper of the state police cruiser that just pulled out from his hiding place with lights and siren, to ticket the guy in front of you. I missed him by maybe a foot as a I skidded by. After I slid by he proceeded with his U turn an caught the culprit.
The other type of scare getting to the top of your first hill climb to turn down the road on top, only to find no road a steep drop off on the other side....(don't trust google earth for picking a route) I guess it doesn't count as your first jump, if you are not on the bike when you and it land. Mid air get-offs not recommended, but sometimes necessary.
