few pics from enduro
here are a few pics. my digital camera is still broken, so i had to get a cheap disposable. so, not great quality.

my row is up!! you can see i was a little out classed as far as bikes go. ktm's were everywhere

my plan was to let them go, bc i knew they would be faster anyway, and to try to follow, didn't work out to well. i lost sight quick!

me at the very end, wondering...."why did i want to do this again?" but today, i couldn't stop thinking about getting a dedicated race bike!

that's all i got. i obviously could not take pics of the course while racing, but it was rough

That's awesome dude! Yeah, those KTM's are pretty badass. The important thing is that you have fun and it sounds like you did, even though it was hard. That's the best kind of fun, IMO.
Great pics!
I just noticed from the last photo that you have a stock tank ... how did the fuel situation work throughout the race?
(EDIT: Never mind, I just read your post in the other thread.)

Keith,
Congrats on finishing your first enduro. I completed my first one a couple weeks ago and it was quite an experience. Their were 25 of us in my novice class all gunning for the first turn. The course I ran had much more sand than I was anticipating and the Kenda 270s were very sketchy at best. I'm about to bite the bullet and get some full knobbies. What tires are you running? I too dream of having a purpose built enduro bike like the KTM 300 but I'm gonna have to make due with the KLX for now.

i was running 760 kenda rear and pirelli mt18 front which is designed for medium surfaces.
i talked to a bunch of guys who are running the michelin m12's for most tracks and the s12's for the sand and soft stuff.
