I actually found out the issue why my bike did this. My battery was still good (Plugged it in my Snowblower and it started good) but in my bike it didn't. Ask me why, I have no idea. Anyways I went to Canadian Tire bought a cheap 40$ battery (Same as i've had in my gas scooter for the passed 2 years) and she fired right up. The cranking is slower than the stock battery and fitting wasn't the best in that small battery tray but it does the job. I've never had issues with these cheap batteries (yet, guaranteed I just screwed myself over) but atleast now my bike starts. Thanks for the help guys, such a simple dummy thing. Shows to show always check the basics first lol.

 

daren.....often a little bit of extra resistance somewhere, poor connections at the battery/grounds etc will cause these symptoms.

Thanks to LOTRAT for a well-informed explanation, makes sense to me. I now have a Yuasa, but suspect its a 'different' Yuasa, sent the wife to pick it up and it doesn't look like the Yuasa batteries I have elsewhere. Bought from a reputable business, however.

It doesn't start quite as fast with the Yuasa as it did with the Shorai, but it does crank longer at the lower speed. I did receive an additional email from Shorai and they will give me a new battery as soon as I provide a tracking number for the old one.
