Default EFI Idle problem

My Idle doesnt stay where it should now.
If I set it at 1400rpm it drops too low and stalls, so I set it about 1700rpm, but it varies a lot.
It was working well a couple of months ago, but I played with the subthrottle sensor setscrew, and ran it without some sensor for a while, and with an electronic box and 2bros juicebox etc,
Anyone know how to fix it?
I tried to reset the subthrottle sensor many times, with a voltmeter, it's about 5.9v now.
Do I need to manually close the throttle valve when I set the subThrottle sensor? How would I do this?
What else will make the idle fluctuate?

If efi on bikes the same as cars, try removing the battery for 15 minutes. That should reset the computer. This might be a stupid advise though.

Have you taken out the secondary butterfly? This can cause problems with the TPS at idle.

Yes but it didnt cause problems for others who did the same.
Do you know why?
Is it to do with setting the subthrottle sensor signal?
I cant do that electronically

Have you tried removing the battery for 15 minutes? It might reset everything to factory just like my tacoma.
