Well tried two different brand master links and they did not fit the stock chain. I ordered a new 104 link chain that should be here tomorrow. Really want to ride!!

 

Installed the new chain and went for a ride. Bike feels way easier to turn due to the shorter front tire. Just need to get used to it. Otherwise I like the look and handling. The speedometer was reading 11mph fast which is weird because we swapped speedo cables. It must read inside the speedo housing. I had a speedo healer so just had to rode the correct cables. They will be here today to get that dialed in. The low seat from seat concepts was just a little to low for my liking because of how much lower the bike is with the SM set up. I ordered and installed the standard seat which is much better for me. I have a low seat available if anyone is interested. It’s the seat foam, cover kit installed on a stock seat pan.

 

The Healtech harness came in today. Super easy install. Got it all calibrated and it worked perfectly. I noticed the difference in gearing compared to the DS set up so I ordered a 39t rear sprocket to make it just slightly higher gear ratio than what the DS had. Sprocket will be here on Monday.
The new standard seat concepts seat is great.
