Default dual question (jetting and swapablity of parts)

1. stock jug, full pipe, no air box lid, 128 main, stock pilot, fuel screw 2 1/2 out. normaly ride ~1000-1500 feet, so cal desert, but want it to run up to 7000 atleast. im about to go on another trip, and was thinking of droping to a 125 main, and going up on the pilot (stocks 30 as i recall, so 35?), what do you think (bike has a pop, mid rpm on decel).

2. just found these guys in the new motosport catalog, http://www.devolracing.com. ive wanted to put disk guards on my bike, i know they make a rear (scott's), but i want a front. is there another bike like the kx or something that has the same front brake set up so i can run one.

thanks for your help

Look into a kdx rotor gaurd. The wheels are the same so it might work.

The 128 main should be fine. A 35 pilot will work but you'll have to reset your fuel screw. 2 1/2 will most likely be too much.

here in aussie land, the klx come stock with a #132main so by aussie standards your lean, the back fire or pop i would say because of your pipe, dont worry about it your jets are fine

Try this. It's in Japanese, but you'll get the idea. I think the part is for a KDX.
