Dead battery? Help
Hello everyone,
I have a supermoto that won't crack because of a dead battery. I just purchased a new battery 5 days ago and went riding for 2 days straight. Towards the end of the ride, my bike died. Lucky for me, I was riding with a buddy and he had jumper cables on him. He jumped the bike and we got it home without a problem. During the ride home, my dash (speedo, blinkers, revs, and neutral light) were all flickering on and off. Then eventually just turned off completely like it would when the battery is dead. So I got home and then hooked up my battery to a charger and the green light on the battery came on. The green light indicates that the battery is charged? I just don't understand. Can anyone help me?

I tried. There are two wires that get connected on each side of the battery and I alternated those just in case I had them backwards but nothing worked. It still wouldn't show my dash before I even cranked it. It doesn't make any sense? Is there anything that could be wrong with my bike because I just bought a new battery five days before this new one "drained".

I really don't think he did what it sounded like. I think he just put #1 in #2 position on the same post (not change posts + to -).
But, start with the easy things to check and just go through them. If you don't know, at this point I would recommend to take it to the shop. You can't learn everything over the internet. You can try, but it is difficult.
