Chinese Bikes?
I actually had one of these chinese bikes for my wife. It was a 220cc. Good bike. Reliable and kicked over every time. She never rode it, so I got on it. The damn thing's gears are UPSIDE DOWN!!!! Are you kidding me?! If the chines are trying to start a new trend, they have a long road ahead of them. 1 up and 4 down gets scary when you are flying along and ready to upshift and slam it into 3rd. I about ate front tire a few times and gave it my neighbors kids. I am all for the little guy learning to ride. Just don't wait to long before you put him on a standard trans...
Ok, I promised a short video. I know it's pretty lame, no music and my editing skills with microsoft movie maker leave something to be desired but again, I thought it would be fun to share. Fun little bike and a very happy 9 year old! I hope this works...
P.S. - I know, I know, he's riding on the street but we live in a really quiet neighborhood. Very little traffic... As soon as the snow goes away he'll move it into the lawn. :-)
