Question Carb jetting???

OK here is the deal. I need to do carb adjustments and need advice on jetting and needle placement, etc. Here is what I have: 2006 KLX250s with only 3100 miles and with a Bill Blue 351 kit, stock head pipe, stock muffler, stock air filter with KDX snorkel and Stock carb with a Kouba T handle fuel screw. I purchased a Dynojet Stage 2 kit for the 1997-2007 KLX300. I live at elevation of 550 feet but will be riding to above 10,000 feet in Colorado in a couple of months. If need be when I get to higher elevations I could take off the air box lid. I guess I am looking for the middle ground on the carb adjustment. What do the KLX250 gurus have to say????
