That's fine, however when you buy Bill's you get the adaptors that make it fit onto the KLX without grinding bits of the frame away, you get the right accelerator pump rod, you get to use your stock throttle cable, you get the right jetting, you get it bored to 34mm, and you get Bill's after sales service.
I just checked Bill's website and you now also get a T handle air fuel screw and it isn't $400+ it is in fact $382.45.

Sounds like a bargain to me
