I'm not sure how many of you have installed the Acerbis tank, but if anyone has the side fairings and would like to sell them let me know. I cracked the leftside, but I would like to replace both of them as a set.

If no one wants to get rid of theirs maybe someone can recommend aftermarket fairings. I know that this was a topic recently, but I don't remember if anyone had posted whether the aftermarket ones actually fit.

Make me an offer I can't refuse!

Do you also want a stock tank?

H'mmm, let's see here . . . . Ron Ayers wants $72.45 for each shroud and $52.58 for the decal. So, at his prices, that would be about $250 for the pair, with decals.

How does $20 for each shroud sound? I mean after all we are riding buddies.

Let me know.

Thanks Marty, The bike looks new again.

After we left your place we stopped for some of that famous fried chicken and had a little picnic in the forest. I've never seen so many beer drinking, gun toting fools. When is hunting season over?

Your're welcome. They were just sitting there taking up space. Are you interested in another stock tank? I'll make you a good deal!

For your information, the party, I mean hunting season, ends on January 21. From January 22nd on is great riding until the weather gets so hot it's not fun anymore.

Mark your calendar for January 28th! That will be the Saturday after hunting season closes. It will then be safe to go back into the forest and ride. I really do not like staring down the barrel of a shotgun that was pointed at me. The hunter does not realize that I could have had him arrested for aggrevated assault by that stupid move on his part. I didn't react, just kept riding.

However, I don't ride in the woods during general gun season. Too many idiots running around in camo carrying firearms pretending to be hunting!
