ill be doing the same hack job myself. looks really good, you cleaned it up really nice. As far as the exhaust im in the same boat. eithr FMF/powerbomb or Muzzy for me. I might go with the FMF b/c i think its a little quieter,which would be better for those spots i shouldnt be riding at,but just cant help myself.haha

KLX-300 surplus for $90. $90 well spent so far. Rejetting the carb sucks (the rubber boot from the airbox and throttle cables are a pain).
