here is the offering over here in Japan, looks just like the $5 Bill Blue one, only this one costs $25

Here's the one I was talking about. It turns-out to be the equivalent of $45.00!!!

yeah, I saw that one too. Some things over here are just way overpriced, and some things are cheap.
