The gal still digs her modded klx so that’s not going anywhere. But she took my Crf450x for a spin. And she Dug it. So we looked & looked. Found a basket case plated x. It rolled but the rest was in boxes. Has issues but most important was a burnt exhaust valve. Burnt wiring, trashed plastic, dual sport kit needed finishing, rear linkage has play, seat foam & cover were incorrect, smushed radiators/ louvers/works engineering supports, needs a chain & sprockets, rims/tires needed help, bent foot peg, etc.
Took care of a bunch of things but it’ll be a minute before it’s burning gas. But the wheels of progress are turning slowly..
