5,059. I got it with 2K on it and the 3K i put on are hard trail miles.

Miles? Km?

Either way that's way too low to have any of those causing problems or at least it should be way too soon.

Have you re-adjusted your manual tensioner since you installed it?

Miles not Kms. Yes i have adjusted it several times thinking more, less, hot , warm, cold.
finally i stuck with the instructions and called it a day.
