2010 KLX250S carb problems

The carb ended up having a brass plug that came out of where it should have been and plugged up somthing it shouldnt have lol so it was defective and the dealership put a new carb in the bike, They did put in the dynojet needle for me but I don't think they changed the pilot jet or the main jet !

You don't really need a bigger pilot jet, my bike is stage 2 with a 128 main and stock pilot and it runs perfect with no popping on decel.

turn your pilot screw in to lean it out i think ur bike is too rich

Very good. Thanks for the update. I am getting ready to install the dynojet kit.
