Default 2009 No Start...

When I hit the starter button, I only get a click from the starter relay. Battery is good. Main fuse good. Bike is in neutral. Clutch switch tested good. Kickstand safety bypassed. Gas on and good. Spark tested good.

Ideas? Help?

note voltage at the battery with the key off. then put the voltmeter on the relay and see if there is voltage on the motor side when the relay clicks. you can also connect to the terminal stud on the starter

First, rule out a mechanical problem. Will the engine bump over in gear? Need to make sure it's not hydro-locked.
Do you have access to a voltmeter? Use it to measure the voltage at battery terminals WHILE cranking. Needs to be at least 10.6-if it's less the battery may not have sufficient cranking capacity. If the voltage checks ok, then I would measure it directly on the starter post and engine case.
