2 Brothers bad experience
8/3/07 (Friday) -- Ordered 2 brothers pipe & P4 tip from Star Cycle.
8/6/07 (Monday) -- Received pipe from Star Cycle (missing "X-ring") and NO P4 tip...
8/6/07 (Monday) -- called 2 brothers and they said they will ship out the X-ring 3 day air and that I would have it Thursday (8/9/07)...so that I would have it by the weekend.
8/8/07 (Wednesday) -- Star Cycle calls apologizing for Me not getting My pipe because they sent it to the wrong address...I said Huh? I got the pipe but, I never got the P4 tip...Guy says "uhm a...ok let Me go get this straightened out" Grrrrrrrr......lol
8/10/07 (Friday)-- Still no P4 tip or X-ring...
8/10/07 (Friday) -- I call 2 brothers to find out where it is..one guy gives Me incorrect UPS number and says "UPS screwed up the shipment & You will have it 8/15/07" "Sorry it is out of Our hands UPS screwed up..."
8/10/07 (Friday) -- I call UPS and get correct tracking number...turns out 2 brothers shipped it out just yesterday (8/9/07) and sent it ground, that is why it won't be here until next Wednesday. Pathetic.
8/10/07 (Friday) I call back 2 brothers with this info and now they are supposed to call Me back to get it straightened out & overnight Me one to have tomorrow, We'll see...
I still don't have the P4 tip either...in Star Cycles defense they did ship the pipe & tip from 2 different warehouses...so....

yup. mine was missing the ring as well. Rather upsetting, apparently they have/had a batch of them where this piece was forgotten. Annoying.
They (2 bros) did, however, promise to ship me one and it did successfully arrive in 2 days. This was just this week. Sounds like you are having a bit more trouble than I did. Bummer. Hopefully it will all work out. It is very annoying to have these kinds of issues, but 2 bros did deal with it well (for me anyway).

Just got off the phone with 2 brothers and they would not overnight the x-ring so, I won't get it until next Wednesday...[:@]
They shipped a pipe missing parts, they shipped the missing parts 4 days after I called and then shipped it UPS ground...unbelievable..Then they wouldn't overnight the part to fix the whole situation. That is 3 no..actually 4 strikes, in my book.
I will not be buying another 2 brothers product that's for sure.

same here when i ordered BG from BG i was told it was backordered, i said ok i can just order it online and when it comes in you'll ship it? yes we'll send u an email that it has shipped she said, next morning i wake up and check my email, low and behold its been shipped. not that i was complaining but i called them back got the same girl and askedto order a jet kit, shes sez we dont sell jet kits anymore. i said ok what kit do you recomend? Hold on a moment......... hello sir , you dont need one just turn the main jet out 2 turns or 2 1/2 if you put on aftermarket airfilter...i just said ok thanks.. thats when iasked a guy on youtube what he used and pointed me to here...just want to thank him and everyone on here for info

I had a bad, yet good, experience with Star Cycle too. I ordered a Muzzy system from them which promptly got shipped. Problem was it was shipped C.O.D. even though I prepaid with a credit card.
I had to refuse the shipment and get them to send another one.
Apparently Star Cycle didn't stock these but acted as a middle-man between me and Muzzy. The exhaust system was shipped directly from the Muzzy factory to me (twice), but negotiated by Star Cycle.
Even with the SNAFU, I would do business with them again.
