The green background and tiny text makes the page very hard to read. Also the PDF for making the axle sleeves is not available (or wasn't last night).

Does Brewster sell these axle sleeves? He wrote $40 above but I don't know what his order page is or if I need to paypal him?

Try pushing Ctrl and + (plus sign on number pad) to increase size of text.

Click on FABRICATION DRAWINGS at the end of the first paragraph.

Ride on

93 fork legs arrived. Anyone have a source for the cartridge holder tool?

I'll try running the 112.5mm KDX pull rods to even out the ride.

I had an 03 KX 250 2 stroke, that thing had terrible suspension. It would probably be even worse on a heavier bike.

Just a thought, the pirelli mt43 trials tire is 1" taller....and has a cult following for being a great tire...I know i will get them when i save up a little money. And with gold valves and springs available the klx shocks should be fine for any thing a klx should be reasonably doing.

Sweet, can't wait to see how this works out.

Quick follow up. The 93 tube bottoms are not a direct match. The brake side is different

1) caliper mount holes on the 93 forks are about 1" closer together
2) has identical axle mounting setup as the 07 right side fork (cap with four 6mm nuts). I would need a 93 axle assuming the length is right.

The biggest obstacle is the caliper mount which looks not compatible.

Ok I forgot that the axle adapter is available (or plans to make your own).

That leaves the brake caliper mount. The KLX300R / 93 KX250 fork swap page just says to use the KLX300R caliper. Clearly the KLX250S won't fit (see pic above).

Here's a 93 KX250 brake caliper, more or less rotated to the correct position:
