Default :) 15 tooth sprocket :)

so i got a 2007 xr650 15 tooth sprocket like somebody on the forum said fit on the klx 250.... boy were they wrong... i had to grind about 3/8" of case hardened steel (i think thats what they call it) flush to the rest of the sprocket for it to work...

so i got it on there and fired it up went to the street and laid into it... i didnt notice any power difference... but topend is wayyyy better.. can cruise at 75 at only 6500 or so rpm's.. it feels like i have a 7th gear now.... can cruise up hills at 75 no problem....i havent tried off-road yet but i think it will be fine an dandy

I liked the 15t with the 350 on the street, but not in the woods.. You will find you'll be stalling in 1st more often - especially with the 250.

CS sprockets for the KLX650C1 are also a direct fit. Check out the Sprocket Specialists website...they're always in stock.

It still amazes me that so many people miss the sticky Deej put at the top of the page... all that info and much more is all there...one stop shopping
