I'm in canada as well try gnarlyparts.ca thats where I got mine. I went with the powercore 4 and it is 299.99 and I believe free shipping and no duty or customs cause they are in canada. Never heard the q4 but I don't find the powercore too loud

Thanks. Is the Muzzy exhaust louder or quieter than the Q4?

Not sure on that one, but the Muzzy can be loud or semi quiet depending how stealthy you want to be. It has a roar though.

I believe the Q4 is the quietest of the cans..

It's quiet at idle and low RPMs, and roars when you hammer on it. Check some of my GoPro vids for good sound. It's got the 351, but not much different sound than with the 250.

I've got the Powerbomb header and no heat shield and it feel it would not be necessary as the only way I would ever burn myself is if I wrecked and the pipe was on my leg, as is I feel no heat from it and in the summer I usually ride in shorts.

That happens, sometimes really bad. I have holes in two sets of jeans from the powerbomb burning a hole before heat shield install. And not from a wreck, but from simply riding.

Every pair of riding pants I have have a hole in them from that header!! I don't know how you manage to avoid it!! hahaaaa..

I put the heat shield on, but now all my pants still have holes. hahaa

I also fell once.. Well I got tossed is more like it. Bike landed on it's side, I landed on top of the bike somehow.. Siting RIGHT on the exhaust header. I didn't realize it at first. I was just sitting there saying "WTF just happened" and then I felt it.. My butt cheek was searing hot. It burnt through my pants, longjohns, and my undies. Melted the fabric right to my cheek. Still have a nice scar! ahhahaaa

Get the heat shield
