Default 07 KLX250 > 300 Winter SUPERMOTO build complete.(heavy pics)

Hello Everyone.
This my first post. I just completed last winters KLX250 Supermoto build.
This was a Craigslist bike for $2300 with 2600 miles on it.
Here are some of the mods.
White body plastic and graphics kit from ebay.
ZETA everywhere. Thanks to Langston Motorsports, Wheeling Cycle Supply and Webike Japan.
09 KLX250SF wheels tires forks and rear shock. SF Oversized front brake rotor.
Japan Rear swing arm. It has a smaller chain guard than US model.
300cc jug, piston, Header pipe by fourstrokeworks.biz and DG exhaust. Carb rejet.
K&N air filter. backfire screen removed with KLX200 snorkel.
DRC >LED tail, head lights and turn signal.
Trailtech digital cluster.
Stronger clutch springs.
Shorter kick stand (17" wheels. Lower suspension and shock links.)
Lightweight flywheel and coat the header pipe in ceramic is next.

Nice build, you certainly have all the farkles!
I'm guessing you pieced together the axle sliders? did you drill the front axle to fit the larger allthread?
I'm doing a 300 jug on my SF over the winter.

Thanks Rage,
I have the 09 Axle and did no drill it. Messing with the Integrity. I didn't want to find out the hard way.
I filed down the threads on the allthread rod at one end just a tad and cleaned it with a die set and it went threw. The nut had no problem threading on.
Cheers!
