I found a wiring diagram for an 06-07 ========this wire is the ground for headlights taillights turn signals etc.=====with it unplugged they still work=====I am going to by pass the connector after work tommorrow and see what happens====I assume this connector has been melting or bad for awhile and it finally reached the point where there was too much resistance for the voltage to get across in cranking mode----so in theory if I eliminate the resistance by installing a new connector---it should crank and start with it plugged in=====in theory======to make matters worse====its too late to go riding ======the truck we use was loaned out for the day since I couldnt get my bike running by 10 am oh well====I think there is a 3 day weekend comming up====
